PCG HYDRAULICS LIMITED was formed in 1981 and moved to the
present, purpose built, facility in 1986.
The Company designs and manufactures TEST MACHINES and HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS for a
wide variety of Industries including:-

WE HAVE SIX MAIN PRODUCT CATEGORIES.
1. TEST MACHINES
Design, Build, Installation and Commissioning of Custom Test Facilities. Recent
projects include Rigs for compliance testing of aircraft components and Rigs for
flow and pressure testing of control valves. Rigs designed for use on varied
fluids, often in hazardous areas.
2. HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS
Power Packs and complete Hydraulic Systems including mechanical actuator
interface, electrical power and control systems, PLC and closed loop control
systems.
Varied applications including:- Precise Mill-Nip Control, Presses and Extruders,
Punching and Forming machines, Hydrostatic Drives.
3. ACTUATORS, SPECIAL PURPOSE VALVES, MANIFOLDS and COUPLINGS
A range of linear and semi-rotary actuators with the option of customised
designs to meet specific applications. Diverse usage, from Rubber mixing
machines to fatigue testing.
Design and manufacture of special purpose flow, directional and pressure control
valves. Available in specialist materials for hostile environments and defence
and marine applications.
4. SITE SERVICES
Installations, troubleshooting and planned maintenance programmes. Supply of
replacement equipment or repair of existing, as appropriate.
Meeting the demand for specialist hydraulic support for UK and Overseas
manufacturers equipment.
5. LUBRICATION SYSTEMS
Design, manufacture and installation systems, including electrical control and
monitoring, for complex process machinery.
6. DJS POWER
DJS power, a division of PCG, markets a wide range of system components
including:-

* Gear Pumps and Port Flanges.
